Hi, I’m Janice! Born and raised in Queens, NY, I made the move to sunny Florida in 2016 and absolutely love it here. I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom to three amazing pups — Zeik, Luna, and Kewpie.

By profession, I’ve been a registered nurse for over 16 years, but my creative outlet has always been sewing. What started as a stress-relief hobby during the pandemic quickly turned into a passion — and eventually, this shop.

Tu•Lai•Li is more than just a business name; it’s a tribute to my heart dog, L.A. She and I found each other in 2009 during a trip to Los Angeles, and from that moment, she became my constant companion — my protector, my ride or die, and truly my soul dog. Her love taught me the meaning of loyalty and unconditional love. When she crossed the rainbow bridge, I knew our goodbye wasn’t forever… just “until we meet again.”

One of her sweetest nicknames was Tu-Lai-Li (Too-Lay-Lee), which to me means my love, my little one. Naming this shop after her keeps her spirit alive in every bandana I create. Each piece is made with love, care, and the hope that it brings joy to you and your pets, just as L.A. brought joy to me.

Our Mission

At Tu•Lai•Li, our mission is simple: to celebrate the unconditional love we share with our pets by creating products that bring joy to both fur babies and their families.

We’re proud to support fellow small businesses in every detail of what we do. Our super-soft fabrics are sourced from a wonderful shop in California, while our custom “Made by Tu•Lai•Li” labels come from a passionate East Coast maker — both vegan and plant-based.

Every bandana and headband is handmade with love, care, and attention to detail. Our designs are limited edition, meaning each piece is truly special and available only while supplies last.

Giving back is also at the heart of our mission. A portion of every purchase is donated to local animal rescues and shelters, helping other pets find the love and care they deserve.
